Property Portfolio Coordinator
Overview
The Property Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the management and performance of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication with stakeholders, and compliance with relevant regulations while maintaining high standards of tenant satisfaction and asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily management of a portfolio of properties, ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, and terminations
- Monitor rent payments, arrears, and financial reporting in collaboration with finance teams
- Schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective work completion
- Maintain accurate property records, documentation, and compliance logs
- Support budgeting processes and track property-related expenses
- Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal requirements
The role holder must have a full /clean driving license as occasionally you may be asked to travel to sites in Kent and West Sussex,
This role is not hybrid, the successful role holder will be required to work from the Estate Office Monday to Friday, the hours are 9am to 3pm (some flexibility available)
