Inventory and Customer Account Coordinator
ASL Technical are supporting a growing organisation in hiring an organised and customer-focused Inventory & Commercial Sales Coordinator. This role suits someone confident in sales administration, order processing, and customer service, with the ability to manage enquiries efficiently and support smooth sales operations. Occasional attendance at trade shows or industry events may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Update weekly stock lists
- Process inbound enquiries and quotation requests
- Manage shared inboxes and prioritise emails
- Handle direct sales enquiries and prepare quotes
- Review purchase orders for accuracy
- Follow up on quotations and provide order updates
- Support customers with post-sales service
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Identify process improvements and upsell opportunities
- Answer incoming calls professionally
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience in sales admin, order processing, or customer support
- Strong customer relationship skills
- Confident preparing quotes and processing orders
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and time zones
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to attend customer or industry events
Desirable
- Aerospace or technical engineering sales experience
- Familiarity with ILS, PartsBase, or WebSales
- Knowledge of inventory or order systems
