- Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams on prototyping and iteration.
- Maintain all workshop equipment, machinery, and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage material inventory, scheduling, and ordering processes.
- Uphold and promote best practices in health & safety and workshop organisation.
- Contribute to or influence CAD design activities where appropriate (CATIA V5 preferred).
- Support the development of jigs, fixtures, and test rigs.
- Drive improvements in workflow, layout, and operational efficiency.
- Represent workshop activities in technical discussions with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays, pro-rated)
- Collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Involvement in high-impact engineering projects
- Team lunches and regular social events
- Opportunity to transition to a permanent role depending on performance and project demand
